Future: I plan to complete a Doctorate's Degree in Physical Therapy. I would like to eventually work in a Physical Therapy clinic that helps children with mental and physical disabilities
Why I got involved: I was privilaged to attend a campus address by Jackson Kaguri and was moved to tears. I have always been intrigued by Africa and was eager to help in any way possible
Hobbies/interests: volunteer work, walks/snuggles with my puppy, tennis, sports, and going to the beach

Future: I plan on going into Counseling after the completion of my Master's Degree. I would like to work mainly with children and hope to further my studies in Autism
Why I got involved: I was moved when I saw the founder of this organization, Jackson Kaguri, speak here at MSU. I've always had an interest in African studies and wanted to find a way to help this cause, so I joined Spartans for NAOP.
Hobbies/interests: hangout with friends, practice yoga, visit home to see my puppy!, anything that gets me outdoors.

Future: After the completion of my Bachelor's degree, I will be joining the U.S. Army on a 4-year contract as an Active 2nd Lieutenant. After my time with the U.S. Army, I plan on going to graduate school and obtaining a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering
Why I got involved: After attending a lecture by Jackson Kaguri, I realized how much the children in Uganda needed help and how the power of education could help them dramatically. I felt that if I got involved with this organization, I could help make a difference in the children's lives and allow them to help themselves and eventually their community.
